Attorney blasts lack of oversight for rides at Disney, Universal and SeaWorld

In the wake of the deadly monorail accident at Walt Disney World that took the life of 21-year-old Austin Wuennenberg, at least one attorney is second guessing the Florida loophole that allows larger theme parks to opt out of state inspections.
