Disney has released a batch of tantalizing new details for its December Blu-ray release of 'Lost: The Complete Third Season,' including early word on a mysterious new Blu-ray exclusive.

The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. Friday announced that it has entered into a refurbishment amendment to the license agreement with The Walt Disney Company (Disney) which modifies certain aspects of the agreement entered into in June of 2007 and the original license agreement entered into in November 2004. This refurbishment amendment supersedes and replaces the June letter agreement. As a result of this refurbishment amendment, the Company has addressed the breach referenced in the August 23rd press release. In addition, the Company has received a waiver from its lenders regarding the cross-default under the secured credit facility for the Disney Store chain, which was also mentioned in the August 23rd press release. Under its license agreement with The Walt Disney Company the Company operates the Disney Store chain in the United States and Canada.

A little more than two years after its launch, Walt Disney World's first-of-its-kind, free airport shuttle has proved wildly popular with customers, ferrying 150,000 tourists a month between Orlando International Airport and hotels within the sprawling resort.

Freeway off-ramps on the I-5 near Disneyland will be closed Monday morning as the park's half-marathon race gets under way, authorities said.

Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) will begin service from the Anaheim Amtrak station to The Disneyland Resort and Anaheim Resort hotels beginning Oct. 1, 2007. The shuttle service will be provided hourly meeting all southbound and northbound Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains. A schedule will be posted on the ART website www.rideart.org starting early September.
