Cable utility to add Soapnet, renews Disney

After a recent presentation by officials with the city's cable department, Bardstown City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to renew the contract that supplies the system with the Disney Channel, ABC Family and Toon Disney. In addition, the city must now offer Soapnet, the contract specifies.
